Stay Tuned: 2027 Virtual Transition Conference

Dates for the 3rd annual TransCen Virtual Transition Conference in 2027 will be released this fall. We hope to see you there!

Thank You for Joining
the 2026 Virtual Transition Conference!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Virtual Transition Conference. We were honored to bring together educators, transition professionals, families, administrators, and service providers from across the country for two days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

This year’s conference focused on raising expectations, rethinking systems, and creating meaningful pathways to employment and community inclusion for students with complex support needs. Through engaging presentations and practical strategies, attendees explored how transition planning can support students in building fulfilling lives after school.

Here's What People Had to Say

“Wow. This was everything I was hoping for from an event with this focus, and I didn’t expect that. Went in feeling burnt out given the time of the year, by midday I was feeling inspired and reenergized.”
“Thank you for hosting this event. I appreciate its virtual format and affordability. It’s the most accessible conference opportunity available to me.”
“I am beyond grateful for all the valuable knowledge I gained and resources to explore and implement in my future years as an Education Specialist.”
“I appreciated the incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, passionate, and informative individuals who were present for the conference."
“What a great team! ... I have not been to such a well organized webinar yet, and appreciated the ease of experience as a trainee.”
“I think coming together in a PD designed for transition helps me rethink what I do in my class and how I can change a few things to better fit the needs of my more complex students.”
