Customized Employment (CE) became a part of federal law with the passage of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in 2014. It is a process-driven concept, and this training will provide information on the essential components of CE, including Discovery and Assessment, Job Development and Engagement, and Job Coaching and Workplace Supports.
