TransCen has led over 100 local, state, and national programs and research projects, and our team has authored over 100 publications.
The projects on which we have worked contribute to new knowledge, effective and evidenced-based practices in the field of transition, disability employment, and community inclusion for youth and adults with disabilities.

An overview of our completed projects. Many of these projects were funded by federal or state grant monies which had a time limited duration.
TransCen: (1) provides direct job development and placement services to youth and adults with disabilities and other barriers; (2) designs, develops and evaluates new service models that lead to improved employment outcomes; (3) develops and provides training and technical assistance on topics related to integrated employment throughout the country; and (4) conducts research to identify and impellent evidenced-based practices in transition and integrated employment.
Through this dynamic work, our team and partners have written numerous publications contributing to the field of transition, employment, and education of people with disabilities.
