Understanding and Supporting ADHD in the Workplace: From Awareness to Action was designed to equip professionals and organizations with the tools to better understand and support ADHD and neurodivergence in the workplace. Led by strategist Meghan Brown-Enyia, this session explored how ADHD affects executive functioning, communication, and productivity—and how these challenges differ from other disabilities and forms of neurodivergence. Ms. Brown-Enyia shared practical accommodations, how the ADA applies to ADHD, and actionable strategies for both employees and employers navigating the accommodations process.
