Self-advocates Cindy Bentley (CEO client) and Ashley Mathy made the job coaching video for job coaches and employees with disabilities.  It’s from a person with a disability’s perspective and focuses on how to communicate and work well with each other.

Job coaches give extra help to workers as they learn how to do their jobs. In this video, Ashley and Cindy share ideas on how job coaches and workers with disabilities can better communicate with each other and work together.
